As a senior loan officer with Homebound Loans, Sam Patel provides his clients with the information necessary to make confident decisions about financing their dream home or refinancing their current home.  Sam has the skills and expertise to meet all of his clients' borrowing needs.  He has extensive experience dealing with first-time homebuyers, corporate relocations, jumbo financing and the Federal Housing and Veterans administrations (FHA & VA).  To ensure customer satisfaction, he provides very thorough, yet timely approaches to meet his clients' goals and build lasting relationships.

Sam is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.  He is bilingual and fluent in both English and Gujarati.  Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as their Yorkshire Terrier, Lulu.  As he grew up in Dallas, Sam is a big fan of the Cowboys and the Mavericks.
